When ordering number plates from Eastfield Plates, customers must provide valid legal identification and documentation to comply with DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency) regulations. We accept the following DVLA-approved documents:

Vehicle Registration Documents:

• V5C Logbook - The current vehicle registration document (most common)
• V750 Certificate of Entitlement - For vehicles with retained registration numbers
• V778 Retention Document - Proof of retention of a registration number
• V5C/2 New Keeper Supplement - For new keepers of a vehicle
• Cherished Number Plate Documentation - Proof of ownership of a personalised registration

Identity and Address Verification:

• Valid UK Driving Licence (photocard)
• Passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, council tax bill, or bank statement dated within last 3 months)
